Above picture appears when you download Camino, Firefox' browsing cousin for Mac OS X. It reads (do I really need to spell it out?) 1) Move Camino icon to Application folder 2) Eject Camino disk image.
This is the first pictographic installer I happened across. And I think it's really beautiful.
For non-beliefing Windows users: Yes, that's installing applications on the Mac. Move icon to Application folder. Done.
Get rid of it? Just throw the application's icon into the trashcan. Done. No nasty uninstallers, Control Panel and other stuff to remember.
